One of my coworkers asked me to make her something for sight words.  This is what I came up with.  It's a fun St. Patrick's Day themed printable that allows them to figure out the three and four word sight words using the code.  I think they are going to love it!  If you would like to try it with your kiddos, click here.

Wow, it seems like it's been forever since I've been on here.  Sorry about that!  I have posted a few new things on my TPT store.  Please check them out if you get a chance by clicking here.  I hope you have a great weekend and hopefully once I get my report cards done I can get back on here and create some more fun stuff for our kiddos!

Oh how I love celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday!  Such fun characters loved by all.    I created this age old game of "Go Fish" after a request made by one of my kindergartners.  She will be so excited when she sees it.  If this is something you'd like for your class, please visit my TPT store here.  If you download it please consider following me and leave me a comment.  I love reading the comments people leave me.

OK, so I'm sad to say the I have several children that just can't quite get the number writing.  In our district the students are required to not have any reversals so in kindergarten this makes it much more difficult.  I am at the point that we are going to just practice, practice, practice.  Fingers crossed!  If you would like to grab these monthly number writing practice sheets click here.

Go to Heather's site SOON and enter her Giveaway from the Heart!  It ends February 13, so time is running out.  Make sure to check out her great blog while you're there.  She has some GREAT stuff!!!
Thanks Heather!

Thanks so much to Beth for the awesome graphics!  Please visit her site Great Graphics, (she can also be found on etsy) for some excellent graphics and backgrounds.  She is AMAZING!!!

Yes, I'm a little early but I couldn't wait to get this up.  My kids absolutely love spinner games so I figured, "Why not a Cat in the Hat game?"!  We have done several of these but I will probably do it full group just as a reminder and then it will be put in centers.  I can't wait to see their eyes when I get it out.  I'm sure they will love it as much as all our others.  If you're interested in getting this fun activity please visit my TPT store by clicking here.
Here is the Groundhog Day adding and subtracting activity I came up with.  My kindergartners LOVED this.  They seriously thought Punxsutawney Phil himself left us this message.  If you would like a copy of this please click here to go to my TPT store where I have it for free.  If it's something you like and use in your classroom please leave me a comment.  I would love to hear about it.
OK, so I haven't exactly mastered getting things on my blog BUT, I did get my first item on my TPT store.  It's a freebie that I used with my class for Groundhog Day!  They LOVED it and I hope you check it out so maybe your class can love it too.  Yep, next year.  Sorry about that!

I hope to have some more time this weekend to play around with this and figure out how to get items on here.  As soon as I figure all that out, I will make sure to post it!

Enjoy the rest of your week!
I have been looking at other people's blogs for ages now and I decided, "Enough is enough, I can do that!"  So, here goes.  I'm sure I will be starting using baby steps but I am so excited to try.  I hope to be back soon with lots of great ideas to share.
